The earlier I am involved, the better the outcome. I stay close enough throughout that what arrives on site matches what was intended.
Before a single line is drawn, I want to understand what the product needs to do, who it is for, and why it deserves to exist.
Seven years across manufacturers means the ideas I generate are grounded in how things are made. The gap between concept and finished product stays as small as possible.
Sprint
The Sprint is for clients who arrive with a resolved brief. You know the product, the context, and roughly what you are after. I bring the design craft concept directions, material references, sketches, and basic technical drawings and deliver it in 1 to 2 weeks.
Designed for interior designers. Scoped to 1 to 2 products. For larger ranges I will put together a bespoke proposal.
50% upfront. Balance on delivery. 1 to 2 week turnaround.

Concept to Production
This is my core offer. It starts with understanding your market, your customer, and where the real opportunity sits. Then it moves through concept development, CAD, material specification, supplier liaison, and ends with a product that is ready to manufacture.
Think of it as four agency phases in one committed engagement. Discovery, strategy, design, and delivery without the handoffs, the markup, or the months of waiting between stages.
Milestone-based payments across 2 to 5 months. For interior designers and furniture brands.

Partnership
The Partnership is for brands building a product range over time who need consistent design thinking, not a series of disconnected project briefs. I become part of your NPD process, shaping ideas before they go to suppliers, turning around pitch visuals when a tender lands, and making sure your range develops with design intent rather than just manufacturing logic.
3-month minimum. Rolling monthly after that. CAD assets quoted separately.
Monthly invoice. 3-month minimum commitment. For furniture brands and manufacturers.

Assets
Without the right CAD and Revit files, your products don't get specified. It is that simple. This is a production service. I manage the build, the QA, and the delivery of parametric Revit families, CAD blocks, and export packages across your range.
Priced per product based on the number of configuration types. Get in touch with your product list and I will turn around a quote.
50% upfront. Balance on delivery. Send your product list to get a quote.
Not sure which is
right for you?
Yes. A Sprint is often a good way to start working together. It is a low-commitment way to see how we work, and if the project grows, we can move into Concept to Production or a Partnership from there.
It happens and it is fine. For Sprints, significant scope changes are handled with a short conversation and a revised quote. For Concept to Production and Partnership, flexibility is built in because the process is designed to evolve as we learn more.
Both. The Sprint suits smaller businesses or individual designers with a specific product need. Concept to Production and Partnership are built for brands serious about growing a range and needing consistent design thinking to do it properly.
Because meaningful design work takes time. A month is not enough to understand your range, your suppliers, and your market properly. Three months is the minimum to start making decisions that actually move your product forward.
Yes. Supplier liaison is included in Concept to Production and Partnership. I have established relationships across upholstery, case goods, metal, stone, and joinery, and I manage the back-and-forth so the brief does not get lost in translation.
For a Sprint, a clear brief and some reference points. For Concept to Production, a sense of the opportunity even if the product is not defined. For Partnership, a willingness to share your roadmap and let me into the process early. The earlier I am involved, the better the outcome.

a conversation.
No pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation about where your project is and whether there is a way to work together.
